Computer
Telephony Integration
Panasonic’s
Phone Systems have supported Computer-Telephone
Integration (or CTI for short) to customers computer networks
for some years now.
With the release of its Hybrid-IP ‘TDA’ range of phones systems it has
now taken that CTI to a new level.
The additional functionality of the TDA systems has
allowed software developers to really extend themselves.
One particular company,
Voice Control, has been at the forefront of CTI
development with Panasonic and has a range of software products to
maximise the CTI capabilities of Panasonic Phone Systems
